Together with the upper, it forms a solid unit, offering three dimensional support for your foot, comfortably cradling and supporting it through each stride on a wide variety of uneven surfaces. A LOWA Cross III sole unit enables good traction on changing terrain, and is energy saving, allowing you to keep going for longer.
