"I took these boots as my sole footwear on one of the most adventurous expeditions I've ever done.... and couldn't have been more stoked. Our goal was to hike and fly our paragliders across the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska's Brooks Range, north of the Arctic Circle. We hiked with heavy loads across miles of soul-crushing tussock, slogged up rocky and craggy peaks and landed after wild cross-country flights in our paragliders in river drainages where a twisted ankle wasn't an option. Long story short, these boots kept my feet dry, my ankles in one piece and the suffering to a minimum.
